It's excellent!
Wonderfully detailed, brilliantly shaded.. So matching colours.. So filled of colours, though it isn't supposed to look like it (sorry if I'm mistaking here =P) but it's a really really nice picture. I'm speechless really!
It's really rough, but at the same time very smooth.. very nicely drawn, extremely. This is marching directly into my favs!

Beautiful paint job.
Though, the negative space on the left and top-right give it an unfinished feeling.
The character is good - seductive, but in a very cute way.
great hair and awesoem job on that candle.

I'm in love with every aspect of this, her staff in particular.. but the empty bg does seem rather, well, empty compared to all the details on the mage. Beautiful work though- I wish I could color half as well as you do!
