This drawing is for the book "Magnitude 9": [link] it's a charity project for Japan which started from French artists.

Actually I had a hard time to find a concept what I draw for it.
I don't want to draw any damaged area or people because it won't be enough to explain them.

It's almost 10 months from 311.
This is just my very complicated, but not hopeless feeling just now in Tokyo. I'll be strong at 2012.

The way you draw fingers and foreheads and the slopes of noses makes the drawing look so effortless. No matter how simple a subject is you always make it seem so interesting and compelling. This is wonderful!
